Internet Business Makes the Leap to Limited Company Status
1 August 2007
We first approached ContractStore after we had formed our Limited company in April 2006. Both myself and my business partner had been involved in our company for over 5 years (previously running as a partnership), and we had decided that it was time to expand into a limited company. We had approached a couple of business associates who subsequently were interested in investing into the business, but we needed to ensure we had solid contracts that tied us all in with UK law. After speaking to local solicitors and discovering the extremely high pricing we could not afford at the time, we decided to look around on the Internet. After searching many unhelpful websites, we came across ContractStore - and within seconds of being on the website had discovered a contract that looked to be exactly what we needed. We carefully read the notes that came with it on the ContractStore website and decided it was just right for us. After looking at the price, we could hardly believe this is all it cost when comparing to a local solicitor. We purchased the contract, made our necessary amendments, and were able confidently to produce the contract to our new investors. After the success of this purchase, ContractStore is now in my favourites and whenever I need a contract - they're the first people to contact! I have since purchased various other contracts from them and I couldn't be happier with the results. Ben Waters Cluster Internet Ltd http://www.cluster-internet.com |
